The Human Talent Management Office, in conjunction with the Innovation Coordination and in agreement with the National Learning Service (SENA), carried out the closing ceremony of the Intermediate Excel Course on November 11, 2025.

This initiative, developed during the second half of this year, aimed to strengthen the digital skills of employees, contributing to the professional development of institutional talent and fostering a culture of efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement.

During the course, participants acquired advanced knowledge in the use of Excel tools, applicable to their daily work, focusing on the optimization of internal processes and the automation of tasks, key elements for the digital transformation of the institution.

With this initiative, CESMAG University reaffirms its commitment to the ongoing training and professional growth of its team, promoting more productive, collaborative and innovative work environments, in line with the technological demands of today's world.
